Great to meet you!

As a licensed clinical social worker, I believe in the bigger picture. While working with you I will consider the variable life and systemic challenges you are facing to ensure appropriate care. Seeking help and starting the conversation is the first step, so congratulations on getting started! My experience has exposed me to all levels of care and clients of every age with a variety of struggles. I find my current expertise is working with clients aged 12-20 who are struggling with anxiety, depression, and ongoing life stressors.

My approach to therapy

Everyone has a their own story so I ensure an individualized approach to care. Once we decide to work together, we’ll act as partners in the therapeutic process. Open communication is something I value to ensure you feel respected throughout. I’ll be there to empower you, challenge you, and support you along the way.

What you can expect from me

I always begin with an introductory session, where you’ll have the opportunity to ask questions and share more about what you hope to achieve in therapy. We are a team! I strive to create a welcoming environment that allows you to feel comfortable sharing and being vulnerable, while also feeling challenged and empowered to reach your goals.
