Great to meet you!

Everyone has times in their lives where they are confused, conflicted, or struggling with something that requires help from others. Finding the right person to help can be overwhelming, but thankfully that is why I am here! I am a licensed mental health counselor who has worked with children to adults with a variety of issues including anxiety, pre/post partum care, depression, relationship issues, self esteem, and overall feelings of being stuck. Over the past 10 years, I have shifted my practice to adults who are struggling to understand what their roadblocks to success, happiness, and general well-being are.

We will work together to give you the tools to start identifying and changing thinking patterns that no longer suit you or your needs. We will create a safe, non-judgmental space for you to find your voice to be able to share your thoughts and feelings.

My approach to therapy

I mainly combine CBT therapy with talk therapy to be able to meet you where you are at. I'll help you manage the chaos of daily life while confronting deeper wounds. I help individuals who are struggling with setting boundaries, as well as individuals experiencing overwhelming anxiety or depression & anyone struggling to find purpose. My approach is practical and realistic, allowing you to walk away from sessions with healthier habits and approaches to address your goals. Together, we’ll focus on understanding the root causes of your feelings and work toward healing without avoiding the hard truths.

What you can expect from me

In our sessions, we’ll create a non-judgmental space where you can explore your thoughts, identify patterns, and build healthier habits. I use humor regularly, because hard things don't always have to be dark. My goal is to support your growth by continuously expanding my own skills, to ensure I’m helping you in the most holistic way possible.
