Great to meet you!

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, I believe that mental health is just as important as physical health. I have extensive experience in EMDR, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), dissociative disorders, and trauma-focused care. My work centers on supporting clients navigating anxiety, trauma, borderline personality disorder, and dissociative identity disorder, with a therapeutic style that is both steady and deeply attuned.

My approach to therapy

I approach therapy with the belief that healing happens through safety, collaboration, and the integration of mind and body. I draw from evidence‐based modalities to help clients build emotional regulation skills, process traumatic experiences, and reconnect with parts of themselves that have had to work too hard for too long. My goal is to create a space where clients feel understood, empowered, and capable of meaningful change.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, my focus is on getting to know you—not just your symptoms or history, but how you’ve been navigating life up to this point. We’ll move at a pace that feels comfortable. You’re welcome to share as much or as little as you’re ready for.

I’ll ask some gentle questions to understand what brings you in, what you’ve been carrying, and what you hope to change. If trauma, dissociation, or intense emotions are part of your experience, I’ll help you stay grounded and supported throughout the conversation. There is no pressure to dive into anything overwhelming before you feel safe.

We’ll also talk about what therapy can look like for you—whether that includes EMDR, DBT‐informed skills, parts work, or a combination of approaches. My goal is for you to leave the first session with a sense of clarity, a bit more ease, and the feeling that you don’t have to do this alone.
