Great to meet you!

With more than 22 years of experience supporting individuals through life's challenges, I bring a calm, compassionate, and practical approach to therapy. My background spans public education, hospice care, and crisis mental health, giving me extensive experience helping people navigate grief, anxiety, life transitions, stress, and emotional overwhelm. I believe therapy should be a space where you feel genuinely heard, supported, and empowered. Together, we'll create a plan that fits your unique needs and helps you move toward lasting growth and healing.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and tailored to you. I draw from evidence-based techniques while recognizing that no two people are alike. Whether you're coping with anxiety, grief, relationship challenges, major life changes, or everyday stress, we'll work together to understand what's keeping you stuck, build on your strengths, and develop practical tools that create meaningful, lasting change. My goal is to help you feel more confident, resilient, and equipped to handle life's challenges both inside and outside of therapy.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is an opportunity for us to get to know one another in a comfortable, judgment-free environment. We'll talk about what brought you to therapy, discuss your goals, and explore the strengths you already have. Together, we'll begin creating a personalized plan that helps you build effective coping skills, increase resilience, and move forward with greater confidence, clarity, and hope.
