Great to meet you!

You deserve support that meets you where you are. With nearly 7 years working alongside children and families, I bring an open, humorous, and affirming approach to every session. As a mother of three children with autism, I know firsthand how layered and demanding life can get. I am here to help you find your footing, and I would love to work through this with you. I have completed my undergraduate studies at Kent State, My graduate studies at Capella University where I did residency in Chicago and Atlanta. I have almost 7 years of experience in the field working in collaboration with ODJFS to help children and families. I live on a small hobby farm in Ohio and enjoy the outdoors.

My approach to therapy

I am nationally accredited in Trauma Focused CBT and bring in Solution Focused Brief Therapy and standard CBT to meet you where you are. In practice, our sessions are collaborative and grounded in your existing strengths. We will look at what is working, gently challenge what is not, and build concrete skills you can use between appointments. My goal is for you to leave each session with clarity and a real sense of forward movement.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is a real conversation: I will ask what brought you here, what has already helped, and what you want your life to look like. Together we will build a treatment plan around your strengths and your individual goals. You will leave with a clear path forward and, most importantly, the sense that real change is within reach.
