Great to meet you!

I am deeply passionate about supporting individuals through life transitions and seeking to find flow and peace in their lives. Many of my clients are childhood and trauma survivors, remapping their future to health, uncovering their true selfs, finding strength to begin again in this world. I provide if nothing else a place for your pain to be validated and a place to put th pieces back together. I will help you dismantle those core beliefs and step into a healthier version of yourself!

My approach to therapy

I do not believe that one single modality holds all of the keys to healing for all people. I believe there is much value in many different modalities of therapy, and I tailor my approach to the unique needs of each individual and relationship. I utilize theories from an anti-racist, intersectional, trauma-informed and attachment-focused lens, I am a therapist that offers empathy, genuine concern for you and your experience, and unconditional positive regard.

What you can expect from me

Together we will explore the whole person factors that contribute to your mental health we will map a plan to integrate the mind, body, and spirit, assisting you in showing up for yourself, powerfully, and with intention.
