Julia Jamison

Hi! I am a LPC in Denver, CO. I graduated with my masters in clinical mental health therapy and created my private practice. I also work at a crisis center occasionally. I specialize in treatment of anxiety, relationship issues, trauma, sexuality, and identity.

I use Internal Family Systems (IFS) to help people that feel overwhelmed and unsure about what to do next in their life. I also specialize in trauma reprocessing using EMDR and IFS integration.

I like to create a safe, open environment that allows you to feel more spacious and open to different possibilities that you may have not thought could exist for you. I often work with anxious individuals that no longer wish to be controlled by this, but would rather seek more liberation from how anxiety is showing up in their life. I also work with people that are having relationship issues, whether that's romantic or with a friend, family member, co-worker, etc.
