Specializes in

Anxiety, Depression, Grief, Loss, Relationship Issues, and Trauma

Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I have training in trauma informed modalities and am level 1 trained in IFS and EMDR.

I've worked in traditional and nontraditional mental health settings, including a digital mental health start up, a community based clinic and a private practice.

I use a relational mind body approach and believe that treatment can be filled with humor, compassion and curiosity.

I specialize in anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, life changes and relationship issues.

A bit about my approach to therapy

Everything we need to heal ourselves already exists within us; but, sometimes we can struggle to connect to our internal guiding light. I hold space for you to get to know and unburden parts of yourself and ultimately heal by connecting to your own resilience. I draw from a foundation of trauma modalities: Internal Family Systems (IFS) Therapy, Sensorimotor Psychotherapy, Eye Movement Desensitization + Reprocessing (EMDR) Therapy, and Accelerated Experiential Dynamic Psychotherapy (AEDP).

What you can expect from our first session

Depending on what you are needing in the moment and what your goals are overall, our work together can vary. In some sessions, we may have a very goal oriented CBT focused approach to creating a plan. In other sessions, we may go inward and explore from where our emotions or beliefs originate. My goal is to hold space for you, to inspire curiosity and compassion and to ultimately provide you with tools so that you can support yourself.
