Working from an attachment framework, I am passionate about helping you develop a more secure sense of self and create lasting, positive change in how you relate to yourself and others. I work with individuals and couples with a main focus on creating a safe environment to foster healing and growth.

During the introductory session, my main desire is to provide a secure environment in which you can feel comfortable and understood to share your story and goals and hopes for therapy.
