Let’s be honest—therapy bios can all start to sound the same. But your story isn’t, and neither is my approach. I work with women, couples, and families to heal from trauma, navigate anxiety, rebuild connection, and live with more clarity and compassion. Many of the people I work with feel overwhelmed, spiritually stuck, or unsure how to move forward—but they’re also deeply thoughtful, resilient, and ready to grow. Before becoming a therapist, I was a behavior therapist, ministry leader, musician, entrepreneur, and mom. I’ve worn many hats, and I bring that same depth and grounded presence into the therapy room.
I use evidence-based methods like Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), EMDR, DBT, and CBT to help clients heal emotional wounds, navigate conflict, and build more secure, connected relationships. Whether you’re trying to break cycles from the past or communicate more effectively in the present, I’ll support you with compassion and practical tools. When requested, I also offer a Christian perspective to integrate faith into the healing process. Clients often tell me they feel seen, empowered, and more grounded after sessions. My goal is to help you feel more like yourself, calmer, more connected, and equipped for what’s next. Let’s start your journey toward healing and connection. Reach out today.
The first session focuses on understanding what brings you to therapy and beginning to get a picture of your current concerns, background, and goals. We may discuss areas such as stressors, relationships, emotional well-being, and relevant personal or mental health history.
This session is also an opportunity for you to ask questions, share what you hope to gain from therapy, and begin building a plan for our work together. Therapy is collaborative and paced to your comfort level — you are always in control of what and how much you choose to share.
