Great to meet you!

Every individual has their own needs, as well as goals in their therapeutic process. I work with teenagers and adults. I will provide you with a safe environment to help foster expression and development. I tailor sessions on an individual basis starting with a non-judgmental and humanistic approach. If you are unsure of where to start, I will help guide you in this journey.

My approach to therapy

I often utilize psychodynamic therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, and cognitive behavioral therapy. These approaches help the client gain insight and awareness into their past, present, and future self. Specifically for clients who have experienced trauma these approaches can be very helpful in unpacking trauma.

What you can expect from me

Investing your time and self in the therapeutic process can be a difficult step to initiate, but it's a vital step for your personal growth. I will provide you with the guidance and the knowledge you may need to start this journey. Please feel free to reach out! Email is preferred and we can schedule a consultation from there.
