Welcome! My name is Julia Monfoletto. I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, with over 10 years of experience providing therapy for adults in inpatient and outpatient psychiatric settings. My experience lies in addressing depression, anxiety, postpartum mood and anxiety disorders, and family challenges.
My approach to therapy is person-centered, strengths-based, and humanistic. I want to help you explore what makes you you, and to guide you towards finding more fulfillment and greater relief from your symptoms, challenges, and stress, based on your uniqueness.
We can look at what coping strategies have or have not been helpful for you so far, and explore and build new ones together. We can deepen our understanding of how your past impacts your present, put words to your emotions, and set goals that feel significant to you.
