Great to meet you!

I actively participate in helping you get to where you want to go, and I offer insight when clients have a desire and readiness to hear it. I have worked in the mental health field for over ten years as well, so I have heard it all! My office is a no judgement zone first and foremost. I am a sex therapist and look forward to helping you overcome sexual shame and trauma so that you can have all the intimacy and closeness you desire.

My approach to therapy

My therapy style is direct and humorous when appropriate. Past clients would say that I am pretty structured in my approach as well. I tailor my approach to the individual clients needs, however, I am less-so the therapist that sits back and has you talk about your week without reaching progress on your goals!

What you can expect from me

My first session is fairly structured, but breathable. We may or may not get to all the questions on my intake, and that is more than okay. I have found that having some structure can alleviate the anxiety of us getting to know one another for the first time, but if the structure is not needed for you, we can be flexible.
