Great to meet you!

I understand how overwhelming it can feel to be stuck, anxious, or unhappy; reaching out for help is a big first step and I am here to help. If you’re navigating challenges in relationships, facing big changes at work or at home, or simply have a gut feeling something in your life needs to shift, we can work together to create a path forward.

In addition to working with adults, I bring a decade of experience as a school social worker, supporting youth and teens through the challenges of growing up. Whether it’s school stress, friendship struggles, family conflict, or self-discovery, I partner with young people to help them feel understood, capable, and supported.

My approach to therapy

My approach is strength based, compassionate, and collaborative. Your definition of success and happiness is unique, and my role is to provide a safe, nonjudgemental space for us to identify strengths, explore areas of growth, and create a realistic, sustainable plan for change.

What you can expect from me

I collaborate with patients to help them understand their own behaviors, the behaviors of others, and how past experiences shape the present. I have extensive experience helping people manage anxiety, depression, stress, family dynamics, relationship concerns, and major life transitions.
