A bit about my approach to therapy

Julia's approach is to work collaboratively with Clients; to help identify short-term and long-term goals and then create a practical way to explore, grow and achieve these goals so the client can live an authentic and full life.

We all stumble on times when life is difficult, and sometimes we can feel overwhelmed, misunderstood, and alone. Julia offers a safe space for people to speak their truth, wrestle with their past and ultimately grow into a healthier version of themselves.
