Great to meet you!

I am just one human here helping other humans. I bring to you a wealth of clinical acumen combined with even more years of life experience. It is this combination that has allowed me to help a wide diverse range of individuals with a wide range of issues. You are safe in this space with me as your guide, me seeing you as 'the expert'. Together as #teamYOU we help you find more adaptive ways for you to manage being Human. I will help you laugh at things, feel challenged, and empowered.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I have a reputation for being a very results-oriented therapist, driven by my person-centered approach seeing each person from a strengths-based mindset, everybody having potential of doing more than they come believing in themselves. If I can see it in you, you are more likely to see it in yourself. I challenge from a warm, humorous approach that helps you not take yourself too seriously, while exploring alternative ways of thinking or believing about yourself, which is where change happens.

What you can expect from our first session

At the end of most peoples' sessions they are quick to express how happy they are to have found me, how safe they feel in my presence, I have been described as "the easiest person to talk to." I hope you find the same experience to be true. Call for a consult and let's see about giving you the same experience. :)
