Great to meet you!

I'm originally from Cleveland, Ohio and went to Florida State University and got my undergraduate in psychology in 2017 and my masters in social work in 2020. Since then, I've been residing in the Tampa Bay area serving a variety of populations: families, children, adults, and couples. Through my experience, I've found my niche in working with kids dealing with self esteem/peer issues, and adults struggling with relationships and codependency. In particular, I enjoy working with adults in law enforcement as I have a unique background working in correctional facilities. I also enjoy working with medical professionals due to close family ties as well as working amongst medical professionals.

My approach to therapy

For children, the therapy room is a fun and safe space where we incorporate creativity and their interests. I utilize evidence-based play therapy, mindfulness, and ACT therapy.

With adults, I heavily use IFS therapy to develop inner harmony, heal your inner child, and access your true self.

What you can expect from me

During the first session, I will ask some questions about your goals and what you're looking to achieve with therapy, and then I will explain more in-depth about my style.
