Great to meet you!

Hello! My name is Julia. I have an MA in Couple and Family Therapy from Antioch University. My experience spans seven years of working with individuals, couples and families. I tend to work from person-centered, strengths-based and creative modalities.

In my other life I am an actress and you might occasionally spy me on TV or in the movies as a mom, zombie killer, police detective or med tech.

My approach to therapy

I believe we are all doing our best within our unique set of experiences and circumstances, as no two people are the same.

My goal is to help you with self-discovery, growth and healing and with confronting obstacles that stand in the way of your goals. I offer compassion, thoughtful challenges, supportive reflection and humor.

I am dedicated to creating a welcoming environment for all and affirm all LGBTQ+ identities.

What you can expect from me

I offer a safe, confidential space for you to share, explore, and learn. Through a deeper understanding of yourself and your circumstances, you can make more informed choices and find empowered and authentic ways to move forward. I am here to support you in that process.
