Great to meet you!

Greetings! I am a generalist trained counseling psychologist with several years of experience working with teens, college students, student-athletes, and adults of all ages. My areas of experience and interest include relational concerns, identity exploration, mood disorders, and trauma.

My approach to therapy

I practice from interpersonal and feminist orientations to examine relational dynamics and patterns. I consider how the impact of societal systems affects clients’ identities, current experiences, world views, and the therapeutic relationship.

Therapy can be a space of liberation from systems that stifle creativity, community, and growth, as well as from harmful life experiences. I am honored to work with you on your journey to create the life and world that you want for yourself and for others.

What you can expect from me

I work collaboratively with my clients knowing that you are the expert on yourself and that my role is to support your growth.

Clients can expect to more deeply understand the root causes of their distress, their relational patterns, and how to more effectively implement their internal resources to create the life that they want.
