Great to meet you!

The road to motherhood often comes with unexpected challenges that range from infertility to loss to the so common challenges of parenting living children. It is a time when support is truly needed.

Besides being a licensed psychologist, I am also an Associate Professor in Counseling Psychology at the University of Denver. I I offer a radical healing space for women to address concerns related to pregnancy, pregnancy termination, postpartum, and parenting, in English and Spanish.

My approach to therapy

As an experienced therapist (and a mom who gets it!), I offer you a judgment-free space to have candid conversations about your reproductive wellness and struggles with motherhood so that you can recognize your strength, break cycles, rise strong, and choose how your story goes. I recognize you are the expert in your experience and approach therapy in a collaborative, social justice-oriented way that prioritizes long-term healing and growth.

What you can expect from me

I am an experienced and dedicated therapist who specializes in addressing the various stressors that can impact a woman’s mental health during pregnancy, postpartum, and parenting. Together, we will challenge norms, shatter myths, and develop new insights and skills to help you tap into your inner strength, prioritize yourself, and heal.
