Great to meet you!

“Life is Pain - anyone who says otherwise is selling something,” - Princess Bride. Pain looks different for each of us - how often it shows up, how strongly it hits, and how much it shapes our lives. Some folks get stuck when unwanted memories pop up suddenly, wishing they could “get over it”. Dwelling on the past can increase suffering but having space to safely process can be healing. Humans have the remarkable ability to let go of what doesn’t serve them and emerge having learned meaningful lessons from their experiences. For 10 years I’ve worked with those experiencing anxiety, stress, and other challenges. I’d love to be an ally in this part of your journey.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I like to meet clients where they are. Whether we are building trust or moving through the pain together, we will work to make sure you have what you need.

What you can expect from our first session

Let's work together to build what you need. Open communication is key inside and outside of therapy.
