I am thrilled you have taken the time to check out my profile. I am passionate about providing safe places for healing and wellness for women of all ages, especially Black Women and Women of Color. As a mother myself, I enjoy supporting pregnant and postpartum individuals through the challenges that come with childbirth and recovery- including grief and loss. I have completed advanced training through Postpartum Support International.

My approach to therapy

Person -Centered approach, which means each client will receive an individualized approach to their treatment. My clients value my "down to earth" and supportive approach.
