Great to meet you!

I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a Master of Social Work from Fordham University. I work with adults experiencing anxiety, OCD, OCPD, perfectionism, and people-pleasing. My approach is grounded in evidence-based therapies, including CBT, the Unified Protocol, ERP, and ACT. I strive to create a warm, collaborative, and nonjudgmental space where clients can better understand themselves, develop practical skills, and make meaningful changes.

My approach to therapy

I view therapy as a collaborative process. Rather than simply trying to eliminate uncomfortable thoughts or emotions, I help clients build the skills to respond to them differently and move toward what matters to them. We’ll work together to identify patterns that may be keeping you stuck, develop greater flexibility in how you respond to difficult emotions, and practice new ways of approaching challenges. I balance compassion and validation with gentle encouragement to step outside of your comfort zone when doing so supports your goals.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is an opportunity to slow down, get to know one another, and begin developing a shared understanding of what brings you to therapy. We’ll discuss your current concerns, relevant history, strengths, and what you hope to get out of treatment. I’ll also explain how I work and answer any questions you have about the therapy process. My goal is for you to leave with a clearer sense of direction and a treatment approach that feels collaborative, practical, and tailored to you.
