Great to meet you!

Hi, my name is Julia Solari, and I am a bilingual (English and Spanish) Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) based in Denver. I work with youth and adult clients statewide via telehealth and have experience supporting people with trauma, chronic stress, depression, and anxiety. I provide therapy in both English and Spanish.

Before moving to Denver, I lived and worked in Nicaragua and Honduras, experiences that continue to shape my culturally responsive, trauma-informed approach to therapy.

My practice is grounded in respect, inclusivity, and social justice, and I am committed to supporting the dignity and rights of all people.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is flexible and tailored to each person’s unique needs, values, and experiences. I draw from a variety of approaches, including person-centered, trauma-informed, feminist, and liberation-oriented perspectives.

I believe in working collaboratively and creating a supportive space where clients feel seen, respected, and empowered. My work is holistic, strengths-based, and relational, and I often integrate elements of Internal Family Systems (IFS), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and somatic techniques to support healing and meaningful change.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we’ll focus on getting to know you and what’s bringing you to therapy. I’ll ask questions about your current concerns, background, and what you’re hoping to gain from therapy.

My goal is to create a supportive, nonjudgmental space where you feel comfortable sharing at your own pace. Together, we’ll begin identifying your goals for therapy and discuss how we might work together to support meaningful change.
