I practice radical genuineness as a therapist, and want my clients to feel supported and validated through their therapy experience.

My foundational training in DBT guides my treatment approach in working with clients who present with challenges in emotion regulation, distress tolerance, and interpersonal effectiveness. My approach to treatment draws from training in evidence based practices of ACT, CBT, IPT and MI, along with traditional psychodynamic psychotherapy, mindfulness, and movement-based practices. Therapy is an empowering journey, and I encourage clients to be active participants in their sessions.
