Great to meet you!

I was drawn to work in a healing profession because I wanted to contribute to people’s well being and increased self-awareness. I had a therapist as a teenager who was transformative in my life. This work is very much in alignment with my values and my temperament, and I cannot imagine myself doing anything else. I am a married mom of two sweet little girls, and in my spare time I like to paint and draw, treasure hunt at thrift stores and go on walks with my family and our dog.

My approach to therapy

You have wisdom within you, and together we can quiet the critics so that you begin to trust yourself again.

My therapeutic style is to combine genuine compassion, curiosity and empowerment. Working together, we will find meaning in your past patterns, and set goals for both immediate and long term change. Together we will take up a holistic, courageous and non-judgmental exploration of your life.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect to walk away from our sessions with a deeper understanding of themselves and their experiences, as well as practical tools and strategies for creating meaningful change. Through our work together, you’ll gain clarity about your patterns, reconnect with parts of your identity, and make sense of the past in a way that empowers you to move forward. You’ll begin to quiet the inner critics and cultivate greater trust in yourself.
