I completed an extensive training in Marriage and Family Therapy, Child-Parent Relationship Therapy, Play Therapy, Sand Tray, and Exposure Therapy. I enjoy working with children, individuals, couples, and families from a variety of backgrounds and concerns.
Understanding each individual's unique background, I use a pragmatic approach and incorporate various therapeutic techniques when working with clients and families to help them find their meanings and cultivate self-acceptance.
I don't often assign homework, but what clients will take away are new perspectives. My only requirement is for the clients to apply what is discussed in our sessions.
