Great to meet you!

Welcome, I am so glad you are here! I have always been very passionate about mental health and helping others navigate difficult situations in their lives. After getting my bachelor's degree from The Ohio State University and my master's degree from the University of Cincinnati, I have been practicing for the past 8 years in community mental health. My main focus is helping kids and young adults with anxiety and depression.

My approach to therapy

I work with each client to find the routine and structure that is most effective for them. I hope to create a warm and comforting environment for my clients where we can openly and honestly communicate. It's my approach to build a healthy and helpful therapeutic relationship with my clients and to help them cultivate and reach their goals.

What you can expect from me

In our introductory session, it will mainly be a "get to know you" session. It will be your chance to tell me your story, tell me what you're looking for in counseling and goals you may have for yourself. In addition to that, it will give you an opportunity to get to know me and a feel for if I will be a good fit for you. In the following sessions we will work together to achieve those goals.
