Great to meet you!

As a licensed marriage and family therapist, I believe that healthy relationships and a sense of purpose are central to happiness and emotional stability.

I have over five years of experience working in both residential and outpatient settings supporting individuals with mood disorders, and complex trauma. I work with men and women of all ages, backgrounds, and presenting concerns, and I value creating a space where clients feel seen, understood, and respected.

My approach to therapy

My therapeutic approach is integrative and relational, drawing from both past and present-focused frameworks. I incorporate psychodynamic principles—particularly attachment theory—alongside evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). This allows us to explore underlying patterns while also developing practical tools for meaningful change.

What you can expect from me

I begin with an introductory session where you’ll have the opportunity to share your story and clarify what you hope to achieve in therapy. We’ll also review paperwork, fees, and policies so expectations are clear from the start. Therapy with me is a collaborative and compassionate process focused on deepening self-understanding and supporting lasting change.
