Great to meet you!

I earned an MSW from Simmons college, and I have over ten years of experience providing therapy for adults, adolescents, couples, and families. My approach is solution-focused and goal-oriented. I incorporate cognitive behavioral interventions and mindfulness, and tailor treatment to clients’ needs and goals.

My approach to therapy

I value honesty and humor, and I believe that a big part of therapy is about learning and growing together. My approach is all about partnering with you to explore your strengths and uncover your potential, so you can start living a life you truly love and deserve. I’ve spent a lot of time helping people work through challenges like depression, anxiety, low self-esteem, addictions, ADHD, relationship issues, and parenting. I’m here to support you every step of the way.

What you can expect from me

My goal is for you to leave sessions feeling calmer and more peaceful than you did coming in. Most importantly, my goal is for clients to feel like they learned something valuable that will help them progress in achieving goals and making their ideal future a reality. Change is definitely always possible. I’d love to help you shape a vision for your future and work toward those goals together.
