Great to meet you!

Are you looking for a supportive space where you can feel heard, understood, and empowered in your care? I’m a board-certified psychiatric nurse practitioner with over 15 years of experience supporting individuals in both inpatient and outpatient settings. I work with clients facing a wide range of concerns, including anxiety, depression, PTSD, ADHD, mood and personality disorders, substance use, life transitions, and psychotic disorders such as schizophrenia. My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and focused on meeting you where you are. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my pets, doing animal rescue and wildlife rehabilitation, and being outdoors to recharge and stay grounded.

My approach to therapy

I take a trauma-informed, non-judgmental approach, meeting clients exactly where they are. I believe in creating a safe, collaborative space where you can explore your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors without shame. My goal is to help you build self-awareness, resilience, and insight so you can navigate life’s challenges and make choices that align with your values and potential. I combine psychotherapy and medication management tailored to your unique needs, emphasizing introspection, self-acceptance, and practical strategies to support growth and well-being.

What you can expect from me

During your first session, you can expect a welcoming, supportive space where we take time to get to know you and what brings you in. We’ll talk about your history, current concerns, goals for care, and any medical or medication background so I can understand the full picture of your well-being. This is your opportunity to share your story, ask questions, and work together with me to create a treatment plan that feels right for you. My goal is for the process to feel thoughtful and comfortable — so you leave feeling heard, understood, and clear about your next steps.

If you’re ready to take the first step or simply curious about whether we’re a good fit, I’d be honored to support you — feel free to to schedule a session.
