Great to meet you!

As a School Counselor and Social Worker in a public school for the past 20 years, I was fortunate enough to work with students from PreK through 12th Grade. Additionally, for the past 5 years, I provided counseling to adults. I'm a mother and a grandmother so between work and my personal life, I've gained perspective into how tricky life can be sometimes. I look forward to meeting with you and finding out how I can assist you.

My approach to therapy

I know that reaching out for support isn’t always easy, which is why I prioritize creating a safe, welcoming, and nonjudgmental space for us to explore what you're going through together. I aim to help you build confidence and uncover your strengths, while supporting you in recognizing that you already have the tools within you to move through life’s challenges.

What you can expect from me

My sessions are client driven so I think it's important to define exactly what they need in counseling and what their desired outcome is. We will set goals, both short term and long term, to help guide us to those desired results.
