Great to meet you!

I bring over 15 years of clinical practice working with adults, adolescents, and families in English and Spanish on life transitions and crisis work. Starting in graduate school at UCLA, my focus has been elevating people's strengths while respecting their pain and loss using tools from cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and trauma-informed care. Special interests include working with individuals who identify as neurodivergent.

My approach to therapy

I am here to help you see clearly the next steps you want to take to grow and heal as a whole person. Along the way, we will often laugh, honor and reflect on loss, and find new ways to move forward. I do this by centering each person's lived experience and wisdom in therapy.

What you can expect from me

Understanding that healing and growth is a lifelong project while at the same time, there are immediate needs, I tend to do two things in therapy. I always allow time to reflect and process AND together, identify specific coping skills to practice between sessions.
