Great to meet you!

With over fourteen years of clinical experience in inpatient and outpatient settings, I have had the privilege of working with adults and teens dealing with a variety of serious mental health issues and other general mental health concerns. As a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), I work with adults dealing with Schizophrenia, Bipolar Disorder, Depression, Anxiety, OCD (Obsessive Compulsive Disorder), Eating Disorders, Relationship Issues, Existential Issues, and Life Transitions.

My approach to therapy

I provide individual counseling for people experiencing anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and life transitions. I utilize Person-Centered Therapy (Client-Centered/Rogerian), Emotion Focused Therapy (EFT), Psychodynamic Therapy, Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), Gestalt Therapy (Experiential), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). I look forward to building and nurturing a cooperative and working relationship to help support you in the process of growth and change.

What you can expect from me

I provide a supportive, non-judgmental and welcoming space for people from all backgrounds, religions, ethnicities, sexualities, and identities. I practice culturally responsive care that is sensitive to individual differences and I am an LGBTQIA+ ally.

I have a professional focus centered on humanistic and experiential styles with an emphasis on mindfulness. I approach the therapy relationship in a collaborative and supportive manner to help facilitate the process of growth and change.
