Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with a background in mental health counseling, healthcare, and education. I hold a master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling as well as a Doctor of Pharmacy, which gives me a unique perspective on the connection between mental, emotional, and physical well-being. I work with adolescents and adults navigating anxiety, depression, stress, life transitions, relationship concerns, OCD, and emotional challenges, with additional experience in perinatal mental health and neurodivergent-affirming care. Above all, I strive to create a warm, compassionate space where clients feel heard, supported, and empowered to make meaningful changes in their lives.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is warm, collaborative, and solution-focused. I believe therapy works best when you feel comfortable being yourself, so I strive to create a supportive, judgment-free space where we can openly explore what’s working, what feels challenging, and where you’d like to see change. Together, we’ll build on your strengths and develop practical tools and strategies that fit your life, drawing from approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and other evidence-based techniques. My goal is not only to help you navigate what brought you to therapy, but also to help you feel more confident and equipped moving forward.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is an opportunity for us to get to know one another, discuss what brought you to therapy, and identify what you hope to gain from our work together. We’ll begin exploring your concerns, strengths, and goals while creating a plan that feels realistic and meaningful to you. Whenever possible, I want you to leave our sessions with practical steps, tools, or strategies that help move you closer to your goals. Therapy is a collaborative process, and we’ll continue adjusting our approach along the way based on what is most helpful for you.
