My approach to therapy

REBT/CBT is a teaching model where you’re aware and better understanding your active direction than other modalities. I also teach mindfulness/ mind-training and meditation. You'll be knowing how and why what you're doing is helping to increase your positive mood and your social life, improving your focus, assisting with your sleep/wake cycle, enhancing drives and stamina, while also gaining abilities to relax, dropping perfectionism for your signature excellence and productively caring less about the status quo. More correctly reel realistic optimism through reasoning and rational thinking.
