Great to meet you!

Looking for a therapist can feel overwhelming, especially if you've been carrying everything on your own for a long time. The fact that you're here tells me you've already taken one of the hardest steps.

I'm Julian, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, U.S. Army veteran, and someone who believes therapy should help you create real, lasting change, not just temporary relief. I bring warmth, honesty, and structure into our work together because I believe people grow best when they feel both supported and challenged. Whether you're working through anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, men's issues, or simply feeling stuck, my goal is to help you better understand yourself, build practical tools, and create a life that feels more meaningful and fulfilling.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative, direct, and evidence-based. I draw from Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to help you understand not only what's happening today, but also the patterns that may be keeping you stuck. Together, we'll identify practical strategies that fit your life while creating space to process difficult experiences at a pace that feels right for you.

Clients often describe me as someone who will challenge them when they need it while making them feel genuinely supported throughout the process. I tailor therapy to the individual because no two people arrive with the same experiences or goals. Whether we're working through trauma, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, or men's issues, my focus is helping you leave each session with greater insight, practical tools, and confidence that meaningful change is possible.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is simply a conversation. We'll talk about what brought you to therapy, what's been weighing on you, and what you hope life will look like as we work together. There is no pressure to have everything figured out or to tell your entire story right away.

My hope is that you'll leave each session feeling heard, understood, and equipped with practical tools you can begin using right away. Therapy should help you better understand yourself, strengthen your relationships, navigate life's challenges with greater confidence, and move toward the life you truly want to build.
