Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) dedicated to helping adolescents and adults navigate life's challenges with compassion, authenticity, and evidence-based care. I earned my Master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and have experience working with individuals facing anxiety, depression, trauma, personality disorders, relationship concerns, life transitions, and difficulties with emotional regulation.

Throughout my career, I have worked in a variety of clinical settings, supporting clients with diverse backgrounds and experiences. My therapeutic approach is collaborative and tailored to each individual's unique needs. I integrate evidence-based interventions, including trauma-informed and somatic approaches, to help clients better understand themselves, strengthen coping skills, and create meaningful, lasting change.

I strive to provide a welcoming, nonjudgmental space where clients feel safe to explore difficult emotions, process past experiences, and work toward the life they envision. Whether you're experiencing overwhelming stress, healing from trauma, struggling with anxiety or depression, or simply looking to better understand yourself, I am committed to walking alongside you throughout your journey toward healing and personal growth.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is warm, collaborative, and individualized. I believe that healing begins in a space where clients feel safe, heard, and accepted without judgment. Rather than taking a one-size-fits-all approach, I tailor treatment to each person's unique experiences, strengths, and goals.

My goal is to help clients move beyond simply managing symptoms. I strive to empower individuals to develop greater self-awareness, process difficult experiences, strengthen meaningful relationships, and create lasting, sustainable change. I view therapy as a partnership, where we work together at a pace that feels comfortable while honoring each client's unique journey toward healing and growth.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is an opportunity for us to get to know one another and begin building a strong therapeutic relationship. My goal is to create a welcoming, supportive, and judgment-free environment where you feel comfortable sharing at your own pace.

During our initial session, we'll discuss what brought you to therapy, the challenges you're currently facing, and what you hope to gain from our work together. I'll also ask questions about your personal history, relationships, and any past experiences that may be important in understanding the bigger picture. This helps me develop a treatment plan that is tailored to your unique needs and goals.

You don't need to have everything figured out before starting therapy. It's okay if you're unsure where to begin or if you find it difficult to put your feelings into words. Together, we'll identify meaningful goals, explore patterns that may be keeping you stuck, and begin creating a path toward healing and lasting change. My hope is that you leave your first session feeling heard, understood, and hopeful about the work we can accomplish together.
