Great to meet you!

How do we be our best selves in an unstable world? What's important to you? Do you struggle with anxiety, depressive episodes, mood shifts, and a loss of purpose and direction? I can help. With over 35 years of experience, I help adults and couples build mental resilience and rediscover joy. If you are an individual struggling with connection, satisfaction, or unhealthy cyclical patterns, please don't hesitate to reach out. Together, we can help you adopt new ways of being in mind, body, and spirit. Together, we will find your way to a healthy and meaningful life.

My approach to therapy

I received my Clinical Social Work Degree from Columbia University in 1993 and my Master's of Divinity from Yale Divinity School in 1991. I am trained in somatic and attachment-based therapies, CBT, DBT, Gestalt, family systems, sex and mindfulness, and am a certified spiritual director. Teens, adults, older adults, and adult and parent sessions

What you can expect from me

In our first session, I will want to get to know you and what brings you to therapy. What are the top three struggles you are having right now? What do you hope to get from therapy, and what are your goals? We'll discuss a monthly check-in to see how your sessions are working for you, so that you feel invited to bring your authentic self with me at all times. We will discuss homework and ways to work on your issues outside the session in real time.
