Great to meet you!

I’m a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) with 7 years of experience providing therapy to adults in medical settings. My background includes extensive work with individuals facing complex medical conditions, women's health, and individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, life transitions, and caregiver stress.

My approach to therapy

My style is warm, empathic, and often lightened with humor to help you feel comfortable. I use evidence-based approaches—such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Interpersonal Therapy, and mindfulness—while tailoring treatment to your unique needs and goals.

As a bilingual, bicultural therapist, I offer therapy in English or Spanish and welcome people from diverse cultural backgrounds. I strive to create a safe, inclusive space where your identity, experiences, and values are respected. My goal is to help you explore what’s beneath the surface, build coping skills, and create meaningful, lasting change.

What you can expect from me

In our first few sessions, we’ll take the time to get to know each other. We’ll explore what brings you to therapy, identify the challenges you're facing, and clarify your goals. From there, we’ll collaborate on a plan that supports your healing and personal growth.
