Great to meet you!

I am a genuinely kind and reliably present clinician with an integrative approach. My role is to ensure that your therapy journey is tailored to you—your needs, opinions, preferences, and style matter. After all, you're the expert on what it means to be you.

I’m here to listen actively and provide the support you seek. I see people, not patients. Complex trauma, identity struggles, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and parenting difficulties are all part of the human experience. I'm simply a fellow traveler on the mental health journey—perhaps just a little further ahead and a little less afraid.

It’s my honor to help you navigate life more intentionally so you can move forward with greater clarity and confidence.

My approach to therapy

My approach is integrative, meaning I draw from multiple therapeutic approaches based on your needs rather than relying on a single method. This may include somatic awareness, parts-informed therapy, mindfulness, guided imagery, expressive practices, and other evidence-based approaches.

Together, we explore the thoughts, emotions, patterns, and experiences that may be contributing to distress while building practical tools for daily life. I believe healing happens not only through insight, but through the repeated ways we care for ourselves and respond to our experiences over time.

My goal is to help you develop a deeper relationship with yourself, strengthen your ability to navigate challenges, and move through life with greater clarity, intention, and self-trust.

What you can expect from me

The first session is an opportunity for us to get to know one another. We'll talk about what brings you to therapy, what feels most important right now, and what you hope to gain from the process.

You do not need to have everything figured out before we begin. Many clients arrive feeling uncertain, overwhelmed, or unsure where to start. Together, we'll begin making sense of your experience and identifying goals that feel meaningful and achievable.

My hope is that you leave the first session feeling heard, understood, and with a clearer sense of how we might work together moving forward.
