Great to meet you!

I am a genuinely kind and reliably present clinician with an integrative approach. My role is to ensure that your therapy journey is tailored to you—your needs, opinions, preferences, and style matter. After all, you're the expert on what it means to be you.

I’m here to listen actively and provide the support you seek. I see people, not patients. Complex trauma, identity struggles, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and parenting difficulties are all part of the human experience. I'm simply a fellow traveler on the mental health journey—perhaps just a little further ahead and a little less afraid.

It’s my honor to help you navigate life more intentionally so you can move forward with greater clarity and confidence.

My approach to therapy

My approach is grounded in honesty, trust, and humor. My work often entails helping individ discover who they are, why they are here, and how to say what they mean. My aim is to help others feel heard, live creatively and purposefully, experience healing and change, love well, enjoy parenting, and self-lead.

What you can expect from me

During our initial session, we openly discuss the issues at hand and collaborate to create a plan for addressing them. Most of my clients see a gradual decrease in confusion and emotional reactivity within the first 3 to 6 months and sustained improvement thereafter. By the end of therapy, most clients report an significant increase in self-knowledge, self-trust, and emotional regulation.
