Great to meet you!

I am a dual certified and doctoral-prepared Family and Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, proudly educated at Johns Hopkins University. With over 18 years of experience as a Nurse Practitioner, I bring a wealth of knowledge and expertise to my practice. My true passion lies in mental health care. I am also deeply committed to women’s health drawing on my background as a Nurse Midwife to provide compassionate, comprehensive care to women at all stages of life.

My approach to therapy

In my practice, I prioritize creating a safe, non-judgmental environment where my patients feel heard and supported. I believe in a holistic approach to health and well-being, addressing both the mind and body to help my patients achieve their fullest potential.

What you can expect from me

During our first visit, we will complete a full mental health assessment and evaluation. There will be lots of questions during this visit, especially regarding your medical and mental health history. Once we have completed your evaluation, we can then discuss a treatment plan specific to your needs that will get you on the road to feeling better as soon as possible.

I deliver evidence-based treatments.
