Juliane Hayashi

Hello! I am a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner at Tailored Mental Health. I earned my Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Northern Arizona University and my Master of Science in Nursing from Wilkes University. I am board-certified through the American Nurses Credentialing Center, which qualifies me to provide comprehensive psychiatric care across the lifespan.

Throughout my career, I have worked in a variety of specialties, including labor and delivery, surgical nursing, geriatrics, and insurance, giving me a well-rounded clinical perspective. I have experience diagnosing and treating a wide range of mental health conditions, including, but not limited to, depression, anxiety, attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), and obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD).

I foster a supportive, trusting, and therapeutic relationship where patients feel comfortable exploring both challenges and strengths in a safe, nonjudgmental environment. My clinical approach is grounded in empathy, active listening, and evidence-based practice. I recognize that each individual’s journey is unique, and I work collaboratively with my patients to develop practical strategies for improving mental health and achieving their personal goals.

I am committed to patient education and empowerment, making sure individuals have a clear understanding of their conditions and available treatment options while maintaining autonomy in their decisions. I advocate strongly for my patients and focus on delivering personalized care tailored to each individual’s needs.
