I hold space for you to heal so you can be free. I help you to create a life narrative that fits you vs. the narratives that others have placed on you. I help you to learn to trust yourself so that you can build a life and relationships that meet your needs instead of constantly meeting the needs of others and having your thoughts consumed with what others want you to be or doing the "right" thing. The right thing is whatever is meeting your needs. I’ll help you to decide what is right for you.
