Great to meet you!

I have experience working with clients who are dealing with anxiety, depression, self-esteem, life changes, addiction, trauma, and relationship concerns. My hope is to assist clients in building skills and gaining skills and insight that allow them to make decisions towards a fulfilling and healthier life.

My approach to therapy

Together we can work on the approach that will be most comfortable for you to help you find healing and empowerment within your life. I use a mix of interventions from CBT, mindfulness, and even solution-focused therapies. I want to create an environment that is non-judgmental and collaborative to instill hope and support.

What you can expect from me

During our initial sessions, we will work together to create a plan for addressing any challenge you are facing so you can reclaim your life. Most of my clients can expect to see a gradual improvement of symptoms within the first month but we will discuss a realistic timeline for you as an individual.
