Great to meet you!

My gifts and passion are therapeutic support and guidance for individuals, couples and families. Since 2004, I am dedicated to serving the well-being and growth of people whether aiming to overcome challenges, or to achieve personal and interpersonal betterment. I have the utmost respect for individuals who actively seek to achieve therapeutic goals, am grateful for the opportunity to travel alongside another's journey and believe that clients deserve to be proud and at peace on their path.

My approach to therapy

My intention is to know and connect with you, share perspective and insight, be empathic and compassionate, and to share your experiences with you, respectfully, mindfully, and with focus on your personal goals. I have strong background in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, both which harness the power of thought and its relation to either results or consequences via one's emotions and decisions. My approach is client-centered and goal-achievement oriented.

What you can expect from me

I have an optimistic and logical approach, balancing hope and positivity with common sense and proactivity. Clients can expect to be commended for their innate nature and encouraged for their active efforts, while also respectfully confronted when demonstrating contradictions or resistances contrary to their stated goals. I will keep us oriented and motivated in the complex, nuanced aspects of the therapeutic endeavor, providing consistent quality of service and unwavering reliable support.
