Great to meet you!

I specialize in working with women and children who are navigating anxiety, trauma, grief, life transitions, and relational challenges.

If you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck in your thoughts, or carrying pain that feels hard to explain—you’re not alone. Whether it’s anxiety that won’t quiet down, past trauma that still impacts your present, or the weight of something like chronic illness or loss, I’m here to walk alongside you.

My approach to therapy is both compassionate and practical. I use evidence-based methods like EMDR (trauma therapy), and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), while also offering Christian counseling for those who want to incorporate their faith into the healing process. I also provide SYMBIS pre-marital and marital counseling, and conflict resolution.

My approach to therapy

What makes my practice unique is my holistic approach. I believe we are created body, mind, and soul, and all three matter in the healing process. Together, we’ll explore what’s going on beneath the surface and work toward meaningful, lasting change. I provide simple, practical tools or “challenges” you can apply between sessions so growth continues beyond our time together.

I’ve been passionate about this work since I was 10 years old, when my own experiences in counseling helped shape my calling. A verse that continues to guide me is:

“Praise be to the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of compassion and the God of all comfort... who comforts us in all our troubles, so that we can comfort those in any trouble with the comfort we ourselves receive from God.” — 2 Corinthians 1:3–4

If you’re ready to take the next step, I would be honored to support you.

What you can expect from me

In our first few sessions, my goal is to help you feel safe, seen, and at ease. You will leave each session with a practical tool or “challenge” that you can apply between sessions so growth continues beyond our time together.
