Great to meet you!

I am a Licence Professional Counselor who specializes in working with adults (18+). I approach therapy through a trauma-focused lens in order to get to the root of what challenges you are facing and how they are affecting you. I am a neuro-affirming therapist that works with clients facing challenges with ADHD, autism, anxiety, and trauma.

My approach to therapy

I find the importance in taking in your whole story, not what is just bringing you to therapy. I approach my clients in a respectful, direct, and caring way. I look forward to listening and challenging you along your discovery and healing journey.

What you can expect from me

During the first session I look forward to learning about your story, what is bringing you to therapy, and what goals you want to achieve by coming to therapy. I strive to make our therapeutic environment feel safe and inviting in order for you to feel comfortable with discussing vulnerable topics. After our initial meeting we can focus on the skills, tools, and/or healing you want to work on.
