Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m Julianna Perez, a bilingual Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) providing therapy in both English and Spanish. I earned my Master of Social Work from Loyola University Chicago, specializing in Mental Health with a sub-specialization in Migrant and Immigrant Studies.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is warm, collaborative, and trauma-informed. I have experience supporting adolescents and adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship and family challenges, life transitions, and difficulties with self-esteem and identity. I am also trained in EMDR and incorporate evidence-based approaches, mindfulness, and somatic techniques based on each client’s individual needs.

What you can expect from me

I believe therapy should be a space where you can show up authentically, feel heard without judgment, and develop a deeper understanding of yourself. Rather than taking a one-size-fits-all approach, I work collaboratively with each client to create a therapeutic experience that feels meaningful, culturally responsive, and aligned with their goals.
