Great to meet you!

I am a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC), passionate about providing compassionate, evidence-based care for individuals struggling with anxiety, mood disorders, ADHD, OCD, trauma-related disorders, and substance use disorders.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative and centered on shared decision-making, with the goal of helping clients feel heard, empowered, and supported throughout their treatment journey. I believe the best psychiatric care comes from a holistic approach that integrates medication management, therapy, and lifestyle factors while supporting both mental and physical health.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect a supportive, nonjudgmental, and collaborative environment where they feel comfortable discussing their concerns openly. During the first session, I take time to understand each client’s symptoms, history, goals, and overall well-being in order to develop a personalized treatment plan. Together, we discuss treatment options, including therapy, medication management, and lifestyle factors, with an emphasis on shared decision-making. My goal is for clients to leave the session feeling heard, understood, and hopeful about their path forward.
